Meet Andra Keefe

From a young age, Andra “Andie” looked forward to weekends on Long Beach Island, which quickly became the highlight of her summers. As soon as the car crossed the causeway, the windows would roll down to let in the ocean air—a scent that still instantly brings her back to childhood and the memories that made LBI feel special.

As life grew busier, Andie found herself looking for any excuse to return to the island, even if only for the day. That pull eventually led her to seek summer employment on LBI, where she took her first seasonal role as a Front Desk Agent at Daddy O Hotel, launching her career in hospitality.

Since then, Andie has built a career in luxury hospitality, working coast to coast and developing a passion for creating elevated guest experiences. Most recently, she served as a vacation planner and concierge for a Beach Haven rental property—an experience that inspired her to earn her real estate license and focus on bridging vacation rentals with luxury hospitality on Long Beach Island.

In searching for the right team, Andie connected immediately with The Guarino Team’s story, values, and shared love for the island. Their aligned vision for the future of LBI vacation rentals made the partnership a natural fit.
