Get to Know Me

Following in his father’s footsteps, Ed brings boundless enthusiasm, energy, and passion to his role as the Owner of Freeman & Company, and Managing Partner of The Freeman Group. His in-depth knowledge of market trends, understanding of buying and selling economics, and ability to leverage all the tools at his disposal have allowed Ed to consistently achieve the best results for his clients.
 
His primary responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and acquiring new development opportunities for the group’s portfolio of investors as well as working with buyers and sellers to assist them in accomplishing their objectives.
 
In 2024, Ed was the top agent on Long Beach Island and in Ocean County with over $100 million in sales volume.
 
Ed graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2008 and resides on LBI with his wife, Kera and their dog Sabrina.
