Meet Vincent Guarino

Vince first fell in love with Long Beach Island as a young boy, spending summers on the island with his parents and three sisters. While the vacations were always memorable, they never felt long enough, and each drive back over the causeway came with a familiar sense of longing for the next return.

What began as a summer destination soon became a second home. At age 15, Vince’s father purchased a home in Harvey Cedars, cementing a lasting connection to LBI. Summers followed a “work hard, play hard” rhythm—days clamming the bay, working at Harvey Cedars Shellfish, and repairing bikes at Farias Surf Shop, followed by nights spent at The Ketch.

Career opportunities later pulled Vince away from the island, limiting his time to visits and summers, but the pull of LBI never faded. In 2014, he returned as a full-time resident, settling in Ship Bottom and beginning his real estate career as the founder of what would become The Guarino Team.

In 2020, his son Drew, following a Goldman Sachs internship, made the decision to step away from the corporate path and join Vince in real estate, formally launching The Guarino Team.

Today, their passion for LBI remains as strong as ever. From beach bungalows to oceanfront estates, Vince and his sons take pride in representing the island’s diverse homes. Most rewarding of all has been the opportunity to meet so many incredible people along the way—relationships that bring genuine joy and make their work deeply fulfilling.
